Little ones are priceless gifts

And each is wrapped in love.

They brighten up our everyday

With smiles and a hug.

Fill their hearts with happy thoughts

And loving memories.

They need to see the love of God

While watching you and me.

Guide their little hands and feet

To places they should go.

Each one a very precious seed

God’s given you to sow.

With innocence so very rare,

Their knowledge not yet known.

Reach down and take an open hand

And hold it in your own.

Then look and see a smiling face

That tries to keep your pace.

Cause you’re the one they want to be,

Someday they’ll take your place.

Teach them of our Father’s love,

The joy that you must share.

For little ones are special seeds

Entrusted to your care.
