There are times when you dream

And times when you hope.

Sometimes it happens

Sometimes it won’t.

Sometimes you hurt and even cry.

Sometimes you laugh with tears in your eyes.

Sometimes you say words

You don’t want to say.

Sometimes you make choices

You don’t want to make.

Sometimes when things don’t go your way,

Just a smile can brighten your day.

Sometimes you’ll meet people you’ll never forget.

They’ll stay in your heart forever and yet

We’ll still miss the times our friendship brings
