We all pursue our happiness so many different ways.

Trying to do what feels good, while living out each day.

Using skills and talents, self learned or have been taught.

Struggling through the curves and turns till all the balls are caught.

Our goal is to be satisfied with how we live our life.

Throw in some joy and some relief, midst all the pain and strife.

Maybe a little peace of mind to make us feel content.

Having pleasure in what we do, a meaning of fulfillment.

Satisfaction brings different feelings to everyone of us.

It’s in the eyes of the beholder, who’s opinion do we trust?

Achievements don’t bring happiness or satisfy our soul.

Stuff won’t fill the void inside or ever make us whole.

But there’s a way to satisfaction, with joy inside our heart.

Nothing left for us to do, no need to even start.

Christ suffered pain and suffered shame, while saving us by grace.

No need to earn true happiness, we all now have a place.

Be satisfied in Christ my friends, He gave His life for you.

No need for self-satisfaction, when all He said is true.

His love has changed the way we live and how we deal with others.

Our friends in Christ have come to be loving sisters and brothers.

Lean on each others strengths my friends, help family members be.

A people full of gratitude, with open eyes that can see.

We’re blessed to be so deeply loved, we’ll never be the same.

Be content in where He placed us, to glorify His name.

Serenity and peace of heart, assurance for you and me.
